Rebate offers are valid only for qualifying product purchases made during the promotion period, which begins on August 1, 2021, and ends on October 31, 2021. To qualify for the product rebate amounts, you must purchase qualifying GRK Fasteners™ for a total of $300-$399 before tax to receive the $30 rebate, $400-$499 before tax to receive the $50 rebate, or $500 before tax to receive the $100 rebate and submit a valid rebate request. You must be at least 18 years of age and have reached the age of majority in your state of residence in order to participate. Rebate requests must be received by November 12, 2021. Alteration or attempted alteration of sales receipt is prohibited and constitutes fraud. Fraudulent submissions will not be honored. No duplicate requests or mechanical reproductions. Distributors, retailers and employees of GRK Fasteners™ are not eligible to participate. GRK Fasteners™, 155 Harlem Avenue, Glenview, Illinois 60025, reserves the right to verify identification and sale. Promotion may not be used in conjunction with other offers. Rebate submission may not be assigned, transferred or sold. One rebate submission per invoice. Please allow six to eight weeks from the time the rebate is submitted for delivery of check. Unless expressly prohibited by law, payee authorizes reasonable dormancy fees deducted if check not cashed within 180 days. Offer valid in the 50 United States and D.C. Offer not valid in Canada. Offer valid through participating GRK Fasteners™ distributors only. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Any challenges to denied claims must be submitted within 60 days of program end date. Challenges must be accompanied by claim tracking number and original distributor invoice.
